Reasons Successful Realtors Use Cleaning Services

Why top-tier realtors secure the services of cleaning experts.

While last year’s real estate market has slightly settled, 2021's Florida housing market remains strong and a strategic investment.

According to Money Crashers, cities like Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville are some of the best cities to buy an investment rental property
  • Booming Real Estate Market
  • Healthy Job Market
  • Historic Price Changes & Affordability
  • Population Growth
  • Quality of Life
  • Strong Renters’ Market

Rapid growth in the real estate market yields similar growth to the home cleaning service industry. Home cleaning services boost buying and renting, consequently,  professional cleaning services are a must-have for first-rate real estate agents.

1. Market Readiness
When sellers hastily pack and move, messes are continually left behind and oftentimes there is no budget for professional cleaning services. Before taking photos and videos for prospective buyers, Realtors commonly take the initiative to hire professional cleaners. Cleaning services transform properties and deliver market readiness.

2. Trusted and Reliable Experts
Professional cleaners are skillfully trained, trusted, reliable, and highly experienced.

3. Post-Construction Cleaning
Assuming the new construction is brand new and tidy? It is not always the case. While contractors attempt to leave sites complete and clean, construction dust and mishaps are unpreventable. Employing the services of professional cleaners removes construction dust, eliminates dirt, and polishes messy builder snags.

4. Value
Professional cleaning services deliver increased value for your time and money. Focus on other priorities and rest assured DG Cleaning and Carpet Care has you covered.

5. Diverse Perspectives
For some, clean means simply dusting and taking out the trash. For experienced professionals, clean means thorough and spotless. Professional cleaning services abide by industry standards ensuring complete quality.

6. Transparency
Some realtors limit posted pictures and videos to a home's best views, omitting those displaying potential clutter and mess. Selective showcasing is not transparent or open. Professional cleaning services allow realtors to present the authentic, full picture of a home, leading to a closed deal.

7. Reputation and Referrals
Arranging and hiring "free" cleaning services for a client's home boosts realtor reputation and future referrals.

8. Financial Gains
Hiring a professional cleaning service drives multiple offer situations, increases sale prices, reduces market time, and delivers increased profits.

Holiday Deep Cleaning Checklist and Tips in Naples, Fl

The holiday season is almost upon us and despite the Covid-19 pandemic situation, life must go on. Probably last year’s Christmas season, your family had a great time together like having the joys of seeing each other, telling each life story, and cherishing memories. However, the post-Christmas aftermath comes at a price - holiday mess.

We at DG Cleaning and Carpet Care LLC understand this stressful feeling every holiday season and we are here to help you. DG Cleaning and Carpet Care LLC, since 1990, have been serving residents and commercial businesses of Naples, FL, and the rest of Collier County with their cleaning and sanitation services.

To help you prepare well for this holiday season and lessen your annual season burden, we share some of our deep cleaning checklists and tips so you can enjoy this Christmas season with merry and bright moments to cherish with your family.

Pre-Holiday Cleaning

Cleaning before the holidays is important. If you are planning to be hosting for this holiday season, take time to clean all parts of the house because it helps lessen your household chores half-way even before it has started to mess up. Besides, you want your guests to be comfortable and at the same give off a good impression.

1.General Cleaning
House cleaning is never easy, especially for a household that has bigger homes with lots of things around. There are many ways you can clean your house, however, by properly and systematically cleaning them you can make your household tasks simple and easy.

While most homeowners start to work at the same end of the house, others prefer the other way around. Either case it depends on you, as long as you are cleaning systematically it is fine.

You can clean each section of your home by dusting, floor cleaning, putting things away, and deodorizing. However, it also depends on where you live and the weather conditions as if it may be plausible to open the windows for air into your home to let the freshness in. If not plausible, you can use air fresheners throughout the home, but not too much.

Our House Cleaning Naples is one of Florida’s leading carpet cleaning companies that can bring top-of-the-line business carpet cleaning services to residential and commercial businesses.

We are equipped with a wide range of services for any personal or professional indoor cleaning needs, our expert technicians have 30 years to prove it. You can check us out at https://www.dgcleaningandcarpetcare.com/naples-fl-steam-carpet-cleaning/.

2.Clean the Kitchen

This section of the house will be the busiest since most people will be staying there long for chatting. So better wipe clean all of those appliances, shine the stainless and clean those floorings to let your kitchen sparkle a bit.

Make sure your table settings are ready before Christmas. Check, count, and make inventory, if possible buy a new set of plates to allocate properly for your incoming guests.

Our House Cleaning Marco Island can make the outside of your home aesthetically pleasing with our complete exterior service – pressure washing.

You can enjoy our discounted rate for regular service with no worries about your sidewalks, driveway, or exterior house’s appearance. Learn how we can help you at  https://www.dgcleaningandcarpetcare.com/naples-fl-pressure-washing/.

3.Bathroom Cleaning

Yes, it is a dirty job but someone and somehow it has to be done. Even once every blue moon, give your bathrooms a full makeover. Start wiping off those cobwebs from atop, and work going down those bathroom walls.

Use a bathroom cleaner on your sink, toilet bowl, and tub. Wipe those mirrors with an appropriate glass cleaner. You can use wet wipes to clean those sink countertops and other bathroom surfaces.

After scrubbing and rinsing clean the sink, toilet bowl, and tub turn next to the floor mopping and vacuuming of debris and dirt. In this way, it would be easy and systematic in handling that dirt, hairs, and unwanted debris of your bathroom.

House Cleaning Estero can provide the maintenance and extravagant tile and grout cleaning services for your bathroom needs. Our House Cleaning Service technicians are equipped with the advanced up-to-date equipment to handle it for you.

Get to know why the Better Business Bureau accredited us with an A+ rating at https://www.dgcleaningandcarpetcare.com/tile-and-grout-cleaning/.

4.Cleaning the bedroom
Bedroom cleaning is not strenuous as compared to other parts of the house. Much work rests on putting things where they should be like misplaced dirty clothes, books, and other small items lying around. As always, start from atop by getting rid of those dust buildup and forgotten cobwebs. Then go down by wiping mirrors, picture frames, dressers, and small objects. Lastly, finish bedroom floors with a vacuum.

When it comes to upholstery cleaning, no one does it better than DG Cleaning and Carpet Care LLC of Florida. We can give you the confidence you need in cleaning the furniture in your home. Since 1990, we have the experience and knowledge on how to care for the abundance of fabric varieties.

Post-Holiday Cleaning
When your guests have gone, you’ll need to do the last round of cleaning at your house. Probably, you might be thinking if you will be doing the same residential cleaning as you did before the holiday starts. Yes, but not that thorough and keen-detailed house cleaning.

Most people like to do the hardest part first, by cleaning the dirtiest and busiest –the kitchen and bathrooms. After this, you can clean the living room and the rest of the house with ease.

If your schedule is so tided up after the holidays and has no time to take down the decorations, better pack and set them aside earlier. Try cleaning the spot and spaces as you remove them.

Remember to do the same system as you did before, in that way you won’t burden yourself with post-holiday stress.

Quick Holiday Cleaning Tips:
Here are some few holiday cleaning tips you can do to ease your load:
  • Collect small items like toys, clothing, and misplaced books with large laundry baskets.
  • Hard floors should be cleaned with dry mops and use a sponge in spot cleaning. Use a vacuum in cleaning rugs and carpet, especially if you are using a ‘live’ Christmas tree.
  • Collect and store all your unnecessary items or things until further notice.
  • Always clean and make the bed. The room will look much organized and clean even though things are lying around.
  • It would be much easier to do the sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming at the end of your cleaning process.

Complete House Deep Cleaning
Holiday seasons are supposedly the fun time of the year, however, with the holiday preparations like cleaning, and cooking you might find yourself stressed out before the next occasion, the New Year, begins.

You can let a professional house cleaning company help you lessen that holiday burden with their complete house deep cleaning services. If you do call the professionals in, they will first do a comprehensive home assessment with a cleaning plan. Then, tell you all the clean-up works that need to be done to let you know every step of the way.

Thanksgiving Deep Cleaning Checklist and Tips in Naples, Fl

Is your Turkey stuffing ready? Do you have everything you need before Thanksgiving? Don’t forget to prepare your home, too! With guests or not, your home should also be ready for the Thanksgiving holiday and not just the food that you will be feasting on.

Not only does Thanksgiving require hours of cooking, but you also have to clean the house for guests too! Plan ahead and tackle big projects first, then focus on cleaning the rooms that your guests are going to see and spend time in. You also don’t have to do these in one day, that would be too much! So, we have prepared a very helpful two-week thanksgiving cleaning checklist for you:

Two Weeks Ahead: Tackle any organizational tasks or things that will stay relatively clean for 2 weeks

  • Clean the refrigerator to make room for Thanksgiving food. You’ll need all the space, so don’t hesitate on throwing things you don’t need anymore.
  • Clean out a coat closet if you plan on hanging guest’s coats there.
  • Do any outdoor chores: raking leaves, mowing, landscaping, pressure washing, etc.
  • Wash any serving dishes or utensils that haven’t been used regularly.
  • If you are using special china or glassware, wash and polish them.
  • If you have any cluttered areas you don’t want guests to see, organize them now.

One-Week Ahead: This is the time to do a house deep cleaning so that the house will just need a quick touchup the day before.

  • Thoroughly dust, paying extra attention to window sills and other places guests might lean and talk.
  • Vacuum, and sweep. Not just your floors but also pay attention to upholstery cleaning and carpet cleaning if you have one.
  • Use a brush attachment on the sofa and other upholstered furniture. Have a microfiber couch? Clean it up.
  • Clean windows in the dining room, kitchen, living room, and any glass in the front door using a glass cleaner.
  • Wash and iron any tablecloths and napkins that have been stored for a while.
  • Deep clean bathrooms guests will be using- sink, toilet, shower, tub, mirrors, and floors. Don’t forget to dust!
  • Thoroughly clean the oven and stovetop and exhaust fan- you’ll want to have a clean range for all the cooking you’ll be doing.

The Day Before Thanksgiving: Touchup Time

  • Touch up the bathrooms- wipe mirrors, the top of the toilet, and the faucet.
  • Touch up dusting, vacuuming, and sweeping- it shouldn’t be too bad since you did it a week ago.
  • Run and empty the dishwasher.
  • Set the table - if you don’t need to use the dinner table for cooking preparation, set it the day before so it will look nice for arriving guests and you’ll have one less thing to do.
  • Don’t forget those candles and decorations. If you have some scented candle to fill the place with fragrance, that’s better.

Thanksgiving Day:

  • Put out fresh towels in bathrooms.
  • Take out the trash before guests arrive- it will be full after all the cooking.
  • Wipe down the stove.
  • Clear away countertops - guests will usually swarm in the kitchen. Follow the scent as they say!

While Thanksgiving is a lot of work, it is also very rewarding to spend time with friends and family in a festive atmosphere. Taking the time to do house cleaning ahead of time will help you enjoy the cooking and socializing without being stressed or embarrassed about your housekeeping. However, if there is a need for you to hire a house cleaning service if you lack time to prepare, call DG Cleaning & Carpet Care LLC at 239-438-4703.
